Are your sarees handcrafted?
Many of our pieces are crafted using traditional weaving techniques. Subtle variations in colours and weaves are a natural part of handcrafted textiles.

Will the colour of the saree be exactly the same as shown?
We strive to present colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Does the saree include a blouse piece?
Yes, all our sarees include a coordinated blouse piece, unless mentioned otherwise.

How should I care for my saree?
We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the fabric, colour, and weave.

Shipping & Payment

What is the delivery timeline?
Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders. An advance payment may be required to confirm such orders.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
We currently do not offer returns.

When can I request an exchange?
Exchanges are accepted only in case of incorrect delivery or a genuine defect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
