Return & Exchange Policy

At Rewaayat, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you with the highest standard of care and quality.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

If the product delivered is incorrect
If the product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement with the same or a similar product, subject to availability.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Important Notes

Slight variations in colours and weaves are a natural characteristic of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with Rewaayat
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges in the following situations:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
Failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

Delivery Check

We request you to inspect your package upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please retain all original packaging and inform us immediately.
